Wire baskets and Shelves:

Stackable and nestable, Sterisystem®Perfo-Safe® wire baskets have been designed to store wrapped instrument baskets protecting them from damage that can happen with handling from sterilization to storage and transport.  Able to be processed all the way from washing, to sterilization to storage. Belintra baskets are devoid of any sharp edges or welding burrs that could cause tears in packaging. 

Sterisystem® Perfo-Safe® wire baskets MC

Sterisystem® highly polished Perfo-Safe® wire shelves are the perfect solution if you need to sterilise, transport and store diverse sterilisation packs. They are available in standard sizes : DIN (300 x 600 mm), ISO (400 x 600 mm) and for larger sterilisation packs in double DIN (600 x 600 mm).

The wire shelves have been designed in such a way that any welds have been kept to an absolute minimum and are rounded and devoid of any sharp edges or welding burrs that could cause tears in packaging. Wire trays have been fitted with 2 handles that are seamlessly incorporated into the outer edge.

• Sterisystem® highly polished stainless steel Perfo-Safe® wire baskets, are available in ISO (400 x 600 mm) and DIN (300 x 600 mm) sizes, are a safe and hygienic means to transport and store sterile packs.
• Sterisystem®-Safe® wire baskets and shelves can be used in all Belintra  transport carts and storage systems.
• They reduce the number of touchpoints of the packaged instrument sets to just one after sterilisation.

Accessory:

The silicon mat is mainly used in the central sterilization department and is placed between the packaged instrument basket and the wire tray or wire basket.

Due to its excellent non-slip properties, the packaged instrument basket remains in place and does not move.

In combination with the Sterisystem® Perfo-Safe® wire shelves and baskets, the silicon mats are an indispensable part of sterile storage and transport.
