Autoclave  Guardian Satchels  - Economical medical packaging.

The Guardian Satchel is a sterilisation-grade, gusseted paper satchel designed for packaging and sterilisation of medical instruments and supplies. 

Part of the Guardian / Sterilope line of autoclave bags, widely used for steam, ETO-gas, or gamma sterilisation.

Intended for packaging medical and surgical instruments for sterilisation and storage, especially in hospital CSSD, clinics, laboratories, and other environments requiring aseptic presentation.

The gusseted bag allows for bulky or irregular instrument sets. After sealing and sterilisation, the satchels maintain a sterile barrier until point-of-use, protecting instruments from contamination and ensuring sterility integrity.

    Manufactured from 60 g/m² sterilisation-grade medical paper  with a heat-sealable top strip using sterilisation-resistant adhesive/glue. It conforms to sterilisation packaging standards with a steam-indicator printed to show exposure to sterilisation cycle.
