Change of Mind

Due to the nature of medical consumable products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure that you select your products carefully.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

 

You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

The item is returned in its original, unopened packaging (if applicable).

 

You provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect where required.

 

Incorrect Orders

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and the incorrect item to be returned at no additional cost to you, provided:

 

The item is unused and in original packaging.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, our items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied

 

 

Returns Process

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods will be covered by us. For any other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
