Shipping Policy

At Med-Con, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery for all online orders. Please read the following information regarding our shipping services.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders valued at A$100 or more.

 

Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shepparton, Victoria, and shipped via StarTrack. Estimated delivery times are:

 

2–4 business days to most Australian states

 

5–7 business days to Western Australia

 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your local postal service and location. During peak periods such as November and December, delivery times may be longer.

 

Delivery Address

We can only deliver to street addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted.

If you need to change your delivery address, this must be done before your order is paid for and/or shipped.

To request a change, please email our team at info@medcon.com.au.

 

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your delivery:

StarTrack may attempt a second delivery, or

Your parcel will be held at your local post office or depot.

You will receive a notification card in your letterbox with instructions on how to collect or reschedule your delivery.

 

Where’s My Order?

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery.

If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@medcon.com.au so we can assist you further.
