The Stericlin Seal Test Kit is designed for routine verification of the heat-sealing performance of sterile barrier systems (bags/pouches) used in medical device sterilisation. It enables monitoring of the seal integrity of packaging systems to ensure a reliable sterile barrier, in line with sterilisation packaging process standards like DIN EN ISO 11607. The test showing irregularities and damage clearly in the seam. A reliable routine examination for the heat sealing process.

• Material (Paper version) - Medical-grade paper, printed with contrast stripe to detect seal irregularities.
• Variant (Tyvek® version) - For packaging made of Tyvek® & film combinations.
• Standard Compliance: DIN EN ISO 11607 / ISO 11607-2 (Sterile barrier system packaging)
• Routine daily/weekly checking of heat-sealing devices in sterilisation departments.

   

The kit is intended for use in sterilisation departments (CSSD) or medical device reprocessing facilities to monitor the effectiveness and integrity of seal devices (heat sealers) used for preparing sterile barrier packaging.
