Stericlin Tyvek Roll

The Tyvek Roll is a premium sterile barrier system solution designed for healthcare environments that demand robust packaging integrity and reliable sterilisation performance. Utilising DuPont™ Tyvek® medical-grade substrate laminated to a transparent composite film, this roll format supports the packaging of instruments, trays and single items for sterilisation. The sterilisation-resistant 75 g/m2 heavy-duty paper creates an effective barrier against germs, but is also permeable to air, steam and sterilisation gases.

• VH202 (Plasma): , EO-, FORM and radiation sterilisation
• The film complies with ISO 11607 part 1 and EN 868 part 5 section 4.2.2.1 to 4.2.2.5
• Sealing Temperature: 115 °C to 135°C

Ideal for sterile processing departments (CSSD) in hospitals and clinics where the packaging of instruments, trays or devices requires, a high integrity sterile barrier performance for gas or low temperature sterilisation. Tyvek® and the composite film used are ideal for VH2O2 (plasma)- , EO- , FORM- and irradiation sterilisation. With the VH2O2 indicator imprinted. if required, you can attach an additional stericlin® EO, FORM or irradiation indicator onto or inside the packaging.
