Stericlin® Tyvek® Sterilisation Pouches provide a high-performance sterile barrier system for healthcare facilities requiring reliable packaging for low-temperature sterilisation processes. Manufactured using DuPont™ Tyvek® medical-grade material laminated to a transparent composite film, these pouches are designed to maintain packaging integrity while allowing sterilising agents to penetrate effectively.

Ideal for hospitals, Central Sterile Services Departments (CSSD), day surgeries, dental clinics, and medical device manufacturers, Stericlin® Tyvek® pouches are suitable for packaging surgical instruments, medical devices, procedure trays, and individual sterile items.

Compatible Sterilisation Methods

Stericlin® Tyvek® pouches are suitable for:

• VH₂O₂ (Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma) Sterilisation
• Ethylene Oxide (EO) Sterilisation
• Formaldehyde (FORM) Sterilisation
• Radiation Sterilisation

Not suitable for steam sterilisation.

For EO, FORM, or radiation sterilisation processes, additional Stericlin® process indicators can be applied to the inside or outside of the pouch as required.
