Stericlin Gusseted Roll

The Stericlin Gusseted Pouch is a premium sterile barrier system, designed for packaging medical devices and sets that require enhanced volume or depth. Meeting the requirements of ISO 11607 and DIN 868-5 they are a universal packaging system for sterilisation.

Ideal for sterile processing departments (CSSD) in hospitals and clinics. Packing almost all light and medium-heavy instruments. The sterilisation-resistant 70 g/m2 heavy-duty paper creates an effective barrier against germs, but is also permeable to air, steam and sterilisation gases. Three indicators are printed outside the filling area: STEAM, EO and FORM.

Method of use:

STERICLIN® see-through reels should be cut, according to the item to be packed. Make a bottom seal right at the end of the tube. Fill the pouch and seal at the top end leaving a peel tab of 15 to 20mm. A free space of at least 3 cm from the seal area should be maintained to avoid stress on the seal. To remove content peel apart the film and the paper.
