When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped with Startrack from our warehouse in Shepparton. Delivery to most states in Australia generally takes 2-4 business days. Delivery to Western Australia takes about 5-7 business days

What is your returns policy?

For safety reasons, medical consumables cannot be returned once packaging has been opened. However, if goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For more information go to our refund policy page.
